For all Non-Emergency requests for maintenance service call the main office during normal office Business Hours at 301-341-2925 or email villagegreen7411@gmail.com
For ALL Other Emergency Calls Please Call 301-341-2925 anytime Day or Night
All Other Emergency after hours calls are limited to the following:
1. Fire - Call 911 First and then 301-341-2925
2. Flooding/Frozen Pipes
3. Leaks (That cannot be contained in a bucket or pail)
4. Toilet Back-Up (If there is only one bathroom)
5. No Heat
6. No Water
7. Smell Of Gas - Call the Gas Company First and then 301-341-2925
8. No Electricity throughout the House - Call PEPCO first and then 301-341-2925
9. No Hot Water
10. Clogged Up Kitchen Sink with Standing Water
11. Refrigerator Not Working
12. Police/EMS Need to Gain Entrance to Unit
*Lock Outs are not an Emergency for Village Green Mutual Homes in the event you are locked out of your home you do have options:
A. Call a Locksmith at your expense to gain entry
B. Leave a Key to your home with the Rental Office
C. Call Emergency Line at which time a $50.00 fee will be assessed for the after-hour request
Any Locks needing replacement after gaining entry will be solely the members responsibility.
Photo ID is Required and ONLY a person who is on your lease will be allowed entry
